当たり前のことを当たり前に
こんにちは。山内です。
このところ、人とお話していて、よくでてくる言葉です。
「当たり前のことを当たり前に」
難しいのですが、これを一生懸命やる。
あらためて、このことを感じ、実践しようと思ってます。
先日もあるサービスを立ち上げるお手伝いをしていて、競合他社さんの調査をしていて感じました。
結構、当たり前のことを当たり前にやるだけで、いいサービスになれそうだ（ニヤリ）
いきなり全部やれませんが、一歩一歩、計画、実践、検証、改善を繰り返していけばきっといいものになる。
それをやり続ける力を僕自身も持ちたいですし、そのやり続ける仕組みをつくることも大事なんだと思います。
そうすれば「当たり前のことを当たり前にデキる事業者」という評価をいただけるのではないかと思うのでした。
