ＳＥＯ、ＳＥＯいうなぁ～と叫んでみたりする
こんにちは。山内です。
今日は、ＳＥＯの話しです。
ＳＥＯについは、こちらが最高におすすめで、お忙しい皆様は、これ以外には読むものはいらないかと思っています。
「ＳＥＯ検索エンジン最適化」さん

正直に申し上げまして、山内の持っている知識は(当たり前ですが)こちらに書かれている知識以下です。
ですから、こちらをお読みになった方がよいです。
さて・・・山内がこんな風に相談されることがあります。
「やっぱりさ、検索エンジンで上にあったほうがいいんでしょ。
上に来るようにさ、そういうのもやってくれるの？
ＳＥＯとかいうんだっけ？
うちの会社名とかでも検索されるようになるのかなぁ。
やっぱり会社名とさ、ＸＸっていう商品で１位は無理でも上位には来たいね～」
かなり・・・何とお答えしていいか迷います。
なかには、こんなお話しも。
「ＸＸＸＸ と ＹＹＹＹ と ＺＺＺＺＺの検索でうちは１位なんですよ～！」
おお、すごいじゃないですか！と申し上げますと、何のことはない、
「ＸＸＸＸ ＹＹＹＹ ＺＺＺＺＺ」 の 複数語検索だったり（＾＾；
検索した検索結果が、１００件とかしかなかったり。
その方は、一生懸命勉強されたのだと思います。
でも、どこから、どうなったのかわかりませんが、かなり誤解されて伝わっているように思います。
そもそも、ＳＥＯは検索エンジンの表示順序をあげる技術ではありません。
それは、先のサイトをご覧ください。
で・・・あまり否定的なこともいいたくないのですが、こうして書いてみようかと。
検索エンジンの上位表示に限って書いてみますね。
山内が、まず気をつけていますのは、
1) きちんと検索の対象になるように作る
全部画像で、検索にもかからないとかでは、何してもダメなわけですよね。
ちゃんと作るのが大前提。
2) 検索される言葉が大事
たとえば・・・
僕はあるブランド品を扱っているお店の通販をお手伝いしています。
そのブランド名で、Yahoo! Google MSNなどで全部１位です。
しかも半年以上。ですから、すごい訪問者があります。売れてます。
あるお店では、ちょっとニッチですが、非常にお母さん方に関心の高い言葉で
Yahoo!検索の１位になりました。意識的にやりました。
これで毎日問い合わせが来ています。
こういう事例はたくさんあります。普通のことです。
でも、その逆に、頑張ってもあがらないケースもあります。
同じように頑張ってもあがりません。これも事例です（＾＾；；
また、１位になっている言葉でも、まーーーったく、アクションに
ならない言葉もあります。
逆に１位になっていなくても、２０位くらいに入っていれば、
全国から、どばーっと問い合わせがあったりする。
何という言葉で検索されるか？が大事なのです。
3) 何となくやらない
先の事例。
なぜ知っているかというと、いつも気にかけて、意識的にやっているからです。
何となくやっていたのではわかりません。
最終的な目的は、順位をあげることでなくて、アクションしていただくことのはず。
目的を見失わないようにしたいものです。
また、検索エンジンの結果を見るだけでなく、きちんとアクセスログ(記録)をとって
どんなキーワードで訪問があったとか、基本的なことは押さえておきたいものです。
あと気になりますのは、検索エンジンばかり見ているような気がします。
先のサイトにも、
「ＳＥＯは、検索エンジンとユーザーの両方に最適化されたサイトを制作するための考え方と手法を示します。」
「細かなSEOのテクニックに翻弄されるよりも、もっと本質的な、サイトのコンテンツの充実に注力すべきです。」
と書かれております。
ＳＥＯは大事です。とっても大事。
専門のサービスもあるし、ものすごく深い、深い、世界なのです。
そして、やっただけのことはある。
ですから、正しいがんばりをしたいものだと考えております。
